Since it's formation INSSA have donated to a number of causes across the North Shields community. These have included the following.
INSSA sponsored the match ball for three games in the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons. This included:

This is in addition to INSSA sponsoring Ben Harmison and the sponsorship of the Gary Hull Memorial Trophy match at Percy Main Amateurs for the 2024-25 campaign.

Shirt sponsorship of North Shields Juniors Under 7 Girls Team.

A £2,500 contribution towards the summer pitch maintenance at the Daren Persson Stadium.

A £500 donation to the Hearts with Goals charity which maintains defibrillator devices across North Shields.

The purchase of a bench commemorating the 2015 FA Vase win.

Donations to North Shields FC for ground and clubhouse improvements of £1,380.

Contributions of £1,000 towards team and supporters coaches to games at Knaresborough and Penrith.

A donation to Percy Main Amateurs FC following a break-in and vandalism at Purvis Park.

A donation to the Tyneside and Northumberland MIND following the sudden death of INSSA donor John Harvey.

A donation to Joe Linsdell for camera equipment upgrades.
